Increasing the Mission’s Internal and External Collaboration

CLAimDev’s first objective was to enhance and expand the ability of the Mission to lead and facilitate strategic collaboration internally and externally. CLAimDev worked with the Office of PRM, OEd, and other technical offices, and support offices such as the Regional Financial Services Center to support their capacity to collaborate internally within and between offices and externally with their partners and stakeholders. This section of the report describes the different ways CLAimDev helped to create a CLA culture in the Mission by increasing collaboration.
